Great place to train! Top facilities but the best part is that the culture is active. People are polite saying hi, give you a warm welcome etc. This reflects good management and attracts the right athletes in various levels all from the beginners to top pros. I can recommend this gym to everyone I know!

Probably the best martial arts gym in Sweden, maybe even Scandinavia. They have MMA, Thai boxing, Bjj, grappling, etc. With coaches that are world renowned. But don’t be too intimidated, this gym is great even if you’re not a pro. Consider a trial day!

Really good local. Old warehouse so really high ceiling and lots of space. Air always feel fresh. Good trainers, good equipment, a lot of different classes, a gym section and good changing room. A little bit pricey but the place is huge so it feels ok.

This gym has been in a very sad state because of management simply not caring about the people training there. This gym consistently loses good coaches and people who want to train seriously.

MMA Classes
This is falsely advertised as an MMA class. These are not MMA classes. Do not bring gloves, they don't use them. This class is Jiu Jitsu and Jiu Jitsu only. False advertisement.

These are the worst classes in the entire schedule. They change coach every other month. The training is unstructured and random as they usually just get a random guy that trains there to hold the class instead.

Serious MMA gymsgyms: Berserk MMA, BK Kampsportscenter and Pancrase Gym.

Boxing
These classes consist of pad- and bagwork only. Like the MMA classes, the coach you'll get is usually random and they even have a tendency to disappear in the middle of classes.

Serious boxing gyms: DIF boxning, NARVA BK, Hammarby Boxning etc.

Muay Thai
If you are serious about your training, this class is not. The head "coach" usually prefers to play around and will not give you serious help. He's generally more fond of social media akin to that of a girl in middle school. At best you will learn some random combos that were most likely stolen from TikTok videos. The random exercises also seem to be stolen off social media. Some things being taught here are so bad you are asking to get knocked out. You learn in reverse here. In an hour of this class you will actually get about 15 minutes of training. The rest of the time you will hold pads and play around.

Serious Muay Thai gyms: Slagskeppet, Fight Club and Svea Muay Thai.

BJJ
Probably the best this gym has to offer with a serious and committed trainer.
So in conclusion, the best you'll get out of an MMA gym is BJJ in the Gi. Good job.

Other
They don't offer a free day to train, so if you want to bring a friend or want to try a day out here yourself you have to pay 200kr.

The gym is banned from competing in local MMA because their fighters can't behave.

Summary:
Overpriced scam gym. No real training, no coaches that care and no MMA at all.
