Diabolical criminality. 100% confirm the "parasitic", "monopolists", "predatory leeches", & all such just reviews of UUHO. Many times have I discovered disturbing evidence of & caught intruders trespassing unannounced (while undressed), & experienced anomalous health issues & irreparable damages. Consistently am I harassed 24/7 & (nocturnally) attacked with harmful consequences. It's agreed no words can describe the extent of problems student tenants face, or negative effects on work & study. Randomly increasing rents & service fees are extortive. I've also been fraudulently charged for unjust cleaning services & had my deposit stolen regardless of an invoice entitling me to a full refund!

Appalling living standards. A welcome card claims "professional" cleaning, yet I'm falling unwell from yrs-long harmful neglect - all fixed by me. There's also a surprise psycho fee post-departure insanely claiming my 100% apartment cleaning, as instructed, is 100%+ unsatisfactory x2. However, only thing unsatisfactory is the few erroneous gaslight attempts proving nothing but my aura is cleaned yrs before arrival, & they neither care for the difference between communal areas from a room nor "dirt or dust" from yrs-old ingrained dilapidation. They've failed to prove all invalid claims of the apartment as unclean & "cleaned" by them
I used all multiple cleaning products on what not then? They claim 90 mins for all my cleaning. I'm unparalleled in comparison, cleaning for PMgt, & to military standard since 12. Proven instantly optimal even when impaired with paralyses, motor-skill loss, amnesia, yrs sleep deprivation, malnourishment, coma fatigue, wounds, internal bleeding, etc, & fending off ongoing lunatic SK/R life attempts & other criminal insanity. I also cleaned all bedding, also illogically & unjustly "replaced" at extortive expense, with false claim only of being unclean (in contrast to alarming fresh & more - yrs ignored - historic stains on first arrival I assure remain today)
Of all tenancies, in good riddance, this is the most clean I left an apartment, & the only attempt to charge me for fraudulent or any cleaning service. Security witnessed my cleaning upon departure - & only entry service - not to mention known security cam evidence. However, there's been an increasing diurnal blatancy in the nature of experienced (hate) crimes & other harmful & damaging wrongdoings against me since the onset of (weaponised) Gen-AI, & since starting catching offenders, including random forced entry by those who can, but to only harass, regardless of ongoing tenancy & modest pleas to leave. Take it from someone attacked by intruders & life obsessions since early childhood, education, sport, etc

Vehicles playing music & shady bums loitering & smoking outside rooms loudly late at night
Safety:
Severe health & safety risk. I've faced nothing but epic random (unique) harm & damages beyond imaginable & manageable residing in SV since "only & just" day/night one of initial exchange, & countless randoms claiming it all; like yrs of my work; like where I leave
The water itself may technically be considered "drinkable", but in experience should be drunk from taps cautiously if ever. A water filter will help so much but shows. I'd also take caution showering, & eating out
There's also a serious risk of hacking. My finances & integrity are consistently compromised & I experienced an influx of cyberattacks upon refuting the fraudulent fees, & same old, incongruently projected imposition, personally reflective - now of this - always logically evidently mad (not my "invalid") grading & feedback

Noteworthy details:
There's an over-constrained common area next to the office, but can be toxic with common bullying & harassing as if their land. Many can be racist, suffer mental issues & it can be dangerous. Some hold unstable biases regarding "travel" (what?!). Psycho using & abusing, frauding/cheating, framing & blaming is basically everyday UU/SV culture - do inf/nada, 1 good = 100 bad
